When choosing a photographer to do headshots for your company, you want to choose someone who will represent you well. A good photographer will be able to accommodate personalized retouches, allow each person to choose their favorite photo of themselves, and deliver all the photos promptly. You may also want to get a group shot or even a composite shot (absentees can be photoshopped in) of your essential teams.

FAQ

  • We typically book your planning video meeting within a week of booking. Then it depends if you are hiring a make-up artist, or are interested in renting a space with prop furniture. Typically clients choose to work in my studio where I provide a simple white backdrop.

  • In addition to a pdf guide on wardrobe and styling tips for corporate and for branding shoots I will gladly weigh in on the options if my clients shoot me an email or text.

  • I will gladly work with conferences to offer a headshot station. There is even the option to have instant gallery viewing so your guests can choose their favorite headshot right away and get a retouched version for download in our app. I do not photograph children’s (under 18) school events at volume.

  • I have been a full-time professional photographer since 2023 during which time I have apprenticed under another corporate headshot photographer, participated in the Professional Photographers of America Massachusetts chapter organization, and photographed countless corporate and private events, family portraits, and corporate headshots.

  • I do a lot of editing, but I also have trusty back-up editors whom I sign off on.

  • I love to fit in family portraits, musician portraits, and weddings when my schedule allows.

The process:

Inquire - Click the “Book-a-Call’ button! Pick a convenient time in a calendar app to speak with Gaby!

Planning session - we talk about your goals for your business, your current branding, what works and doesn’t for your audience.

Collaborate on Pinterest- We send a vision board with commentary on poses, Photos/lighting we will copy, props that we think will express your business. Discuss hair and make-up service partners.

Digital agreement and 35% deposit. Choose my studio or a rental location.

Photoshoot day! - Hair and make-up morning of. Get dolled up and have a blast taking photos together. Multiple outfits for maximum impact and a library of social image to use.

Editing - 2 weeks editing turnaround.
