How to set up professional headshots for your corporate office:
We have a call with you and your marketing team to determine the standard and styling that we will use going forward. We come to your office with backdrop and lighting - everything we need to create beautifully lit portraits of your team. We set up a computer viewing station where (for groups under 25 people) we can review and help each person select their favorite for retouching. We guide each person through several easy poses that flatter them, and then show the images side-by-side, in an easy-to-see comparison. We listen to what each person wants in their appearance and often apply personalized retouch requests to the step. In the retouching phase, we apply natural retouching to the images, such as blemish removal and fly-away removal. You will always look like yourself with just a little more rest than you actually got!
Studio make-up sessions:
Not make-up but make-up, like for the people who missed the in-office headshot photography event! Not everyone comes to the office every day, and even when they do, we’re not always picture-ready. We are conveniently located in Fort Point Arts Co-op in South Boston, with plenty of street parking for when it makes sense to have individuals come get their headshots.

Individual studio appointments- $199 per person for 1-2 shots, usually completed in 15 minutes.

When you want to capture more than one look per team member add additional looks! This includes one retouched file per additional look. Adding glasses or a jacket does not require this charge.
Group Photo …………………...……..$79/group
When you book your company headshots with us, The first group photo is complimentary! Add additional group photos for each configuration you need a photo of. Includes retouched file.
Location Fee………………………………..$199
Need us to come to you? No problem! Our location fee covers the additional time and travel expenses required to bring our studio to you. Includes travel up to 30 miles from South Boston.
